A fresh entry from Captain TX has been filed for review by the Department of Questionable Airworthiness.
So a qick update on the status of things. I continue to poke and prod at the website, NOt sure what I am trying to do exactly. BUt it's a little fun. Got a big new server job at work I need to handle over the next few weeks so I rpvbably won't be doing a lot on the website other than keeping it going and killing the bugs as I see them. The Dispatch board is coming along nice. It dills down into information I didn't even know was available. Take some time and tinker with it and send me some feedback. Summer is nearly here and that means the VA and the simmers start to quiet a little in the discord channels . Not that we are very chatty anymore in our discord. I have noticed that most of our pilots are in "Tycoon" mode. I am not seeing many people flying jobs for the VA outside of useing AI. I am seeing pilots fly company missions. And that's okay too. THere are no flight time requirements for any of our established VA's One of our partners "Echo Airlines" is working on a site of their own. I reccomend you check it out. https://www.echoairlines.com/ I would like to see our pilots, while on discord or other media sites related to flight sim, encourage others to have a look at OnAir. I have it on good authority that some big changes and enhancments are coming to the platform over the summer and now might be a good time to get involved. Although I enjoy the tycoon style of play we can enjoy in the Stratus world. There is an attraction back to the Thunder world to bring together pilots that are actually flying in the sim. I am considering restarting the OnAir Thunder Southwest of Sanity virtual airline. IF this is something you might be interested in. Let me know.
